
Maple Syrup Pancakes With Fresh Berries
Prepare the Batter:
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, combine milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined (a few lumps are okay).
Cook the Pancakes:
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and add a small amount of butter. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook the other side for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
Serve:
Stack the pancakes on a plate, drizzle generously with Swallowtail Maple Syrup, and top with fresh berries. Serve warm and enjoy!

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter (plus extra for cooking)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
