Eric’s journey with Arbor & Shore began as a young boy, tapping maple trees alongside his father on Grand Manan Island. Together, they embraced the island’s traditions, gathering sap from the maples each spring. When his father could no longer continue, the tradition paused—until years later, when Eric acquired his own land filled with maple trees and began tapping once more.

Today, Eric not only produces pure maple syrup but also sails around the island to harvest dulse seaweed and tends to his hives for raw honey, bringing the rich, natural flavours of Grand Manan from land and sea straight to your table.
